Battery ‘69 912
Hello
I need to replace my battery. Running a single U-911 Interstate for years. They tell me they don’t carry it any longer. I need some Helpful hints in the way of options. Thanks W |

ExideEdge AGM
I personally like the ExideEdge Absorbed Glass Mat battery, made in USA, sealed so no battery acid leakage issues. Also sold as Bosch with different stickers, as shown in this photo. Mine's in a '66 912, so you might need a different size.

In my 1969 912, is a Duracell Ultra non-spillable battery. Part No. SLIU1RT . 320 CCA. Sealed is best to keep from rotting out the pan. Mine has been in a year or two and works very well. I couldn't find the Optima battery that a lot of folks recommended,
