Puling right- Bad caliper?

Hi all...

after a mile or two my car tends to pull right very hard... can keep it straight obviously but if I let the wheel go it would definitely head into the next lane. I can also smell "brakes" and its coming from the front passenger side. I do have new brakes lines on the car, and the pads seem to be free, not sticking on the pin.

any suggestions? or would a caliper rebuild be in order...

Just double checking - you replaced the flexible line to the caliper?
