C lutch release lever

The lever that goes from the clutch cable enc is very loose.
Obviously it needs to be tight but since it goes into a small opening ijn the transmission case I have found no way to tighten it. Need a special tool?

The throw-out lever articulates on a ball with the throw-out bearing sliding along a guide tube: what you are experiencing can be normal or may indicate the lever needs a new bushing in the lever's ball pocket.
