Pertronix

I have been searching high and low for the correct use of Pertronix ignition on my Porsche 912. I have an 031 distributor and according to Pertronix, this distributor uses the PNX-2847 ignitor ignition. They also recommended the PNX-40511 40,000v coil. Has anybody used this set up in their 912? Thanks.

I’ve run a basic Pertronix setup (#1843 with Bosch blue coil) on my 061 dist. for decades with absolutely no issues. I realize your 031 is different, but they have similar advance curves. Also, I double checked the application and you have the correct part number.
