Hi,
got a xr700 and a hi-6 for my 912. I triied to install the xr700 into my 050 dist. with no sucess. seems that the LED's wont fit in under the rotor. Is there a different rotor available for this distributor? I decided to install the HI-6 with the existing Purlux Ignitor as a trigger. there is no mention in the Crane Lit. to install the hi-6 with a purlux... I think I've got it figured out but we'll see.... Also related I have 2 wires on the (-) side of the coil and can't find a wiring schematic for a 912 in any of the Porsche shop manuals. Including the 912 suppplement. anyone have this schematic? thanks!!! hope to solve this stuff sooooonnnn...... Sean sks@itsa.ucsf.edu |
