valve adjustment on 2.4 MIF engine

got my engine out, got the 101 projects book and the engine rebuild book... everything ready ...

but


there's no mentioning how much valve clearance there should be when adjusting!

does anybody know what the values should be on a 2.4S engine? if possible in metric?
