Post Drive train noise

I have a 1966 912 coupe, 5 speed trans. The trans has been gone through with new syncros, etc if needed. I have a noise similar to a worn out throwout bearing that I only hear on deceleration (foot off accelerator) with the clutch engaged. I push in the clutch pedal an it stops. The car had Nadellas, which I replaced w/ cv's, no change. Ideas?
