driver side window crank replacement

The window on my driver's door is not staying up anymore and has a clicking sound as it hits the top. Does anyoe know if this crank assembly is hard to replace? Thanks, Mark

I had a similar problem in my 68. I popped the door panel off and lubricated the mechanisms in the window regulator and now I don't have the problem anymore. There is some special lubricant you are supposed to use, but I forgot what it was.

I still beleive I need a new window regulator. If so does anyone know where I can find one and how hard is the installation? Thanks.

If your repair of the regulator doesn't work (though I think w/ lubrication it should), I have two regulators out of my parts 67 912 -

How much do you want for a regulator?
