Post Rear axel

My passenger rear tire on my '68 912 is somewhat cocked. Is this going to require a new half axel, or just new bearings? Or have I not given enough information?

Thanks
Mike

It may just want the camber adjusting. It is quite easy to do, but you realy need the gauges to set it to the correct angle. A good work shop manual will tell you how to do this. If it is the wheel bearings you should be able to feel play in the wheel while the car is jacked and the hand brake is off. The bearing can be replaced relativly easily if that is the problem.
