Dash pad removal?

I'm in the garage doing some work this evening and was wondering how the dash pads are removed?? It looks like mine has been recovered in vinyl. Of course I want to rip it apart to see if I can do it better!! :-)

Hello

66 has the two part dash ? The dashpart is cliped in with metall clips. like on beetle doors. You can see them from the trunk and push them upwards. The frontpolster is screwd on also remove nuts in trunk.

Porsche did still stock the original vynil skin material some years ago. They come precut with the holes for the speacker and had been dirt cheap ( 50 $ ).
