Post 66 ignition switch

My 66 has a steering wheel interlock on the ignition switch. I have been told that a 66 didn't come with one. Can anyone confirm if the 66 had an interlock or not?

Thanks

I know the steering lock was an option, but I'm not sure for 66. I'll have to check it out.

Ok,
According to Dr. Johnson "The 911 and 912 Authenticity Guide", The ignition switch on 1965 through 1968 took 2 forms. For the US and right-handed steering versions, a switch without a steering column lock was used, while the rest of the world received a switch combined with a steering column lock.
