problem with r/h stop lamp. replaced new 12v/21/5w globes all round.r/h lamp is dull compared to l/h. have not had the time in inspect voltage yet but probably parker lamp (5w) coming on instead of stop(21W)???

If the parking lamp comes on you should be able to tell a difference because they are not in the same place (different bulb, different location) If that the problem, its probably miss wired. Get a color wiring diagram and check the wiring. If thats not the problem check the grounds and connectors.
