still problems with my sunroof
Hi Porsche drivers,
I´m worried because nobody wants to help me with my sunroof, or nobody is able to do this. My last post has got no response ![]() Could anyone please tell me the lenght and the widt oh the sunroof. I have an spare Sunrooflid and this one is nearly 10cm shorter as the mounted sunroof. Thanks for answering...

A few pictures would definitely help. Without them, it's anyone's guess as to exactly what you have (i.e. aftermarket, homegrown conversion, etc.)

Your sunroof is a dealer installed option rather than a factory installed one if the motor is in the front. It's actually a 356 mechanism and measures differently than a factory roof. It is also installed further back from the trailing edge of the windshield and has no air deflector mechanism. It doesn't need it because the roof opening is further back and doesn't catch the air stream like the factory models do. Makes it much nicer to cruise with the top open at speed.
