Head Bolt Torque

I packed my motor manuals away a few months ago and they're stored out of town.

I'm hoping someone out here has a book handy and could provide me with the torque wrench specs and tightening sequence for the heads, rocker assy & shafts, and intake manifolds ('68 stock 1600cc) ... I really don't want to buy another book if I can help it

Thanks -

(8) head nuts. .......... ____ ft-lbs
(3) rocker assy bolts .. ____ ft-lbs
(7) rocker shaft nuts .. ____ ft-lbs
(3) intake manifold ..... ____ ft-lbs

Thank you Bill ...

I think the intake manifolds should be OK at 15 ft lbs or so. If not, I'll go up to 20.
