Component Identification
For those 912 members who are infinitely smarter that I, is there someplace that identifies components, for instance: the three boxes under the driver's side wooden floor board. Also behind the fuse panel, 3 more components. Specifically where is the fuel tank sending unit, that has the black green and brown wires extending from it? And where is the oil temperature sending unit located.
P.S. I have been a member of the 912 board for some time now but no longer can log in. Name or password problem, I don't know. There doesn't seem to be a lost ID/password key or help file there either. Bill ![]() ![]() |

Temp sender is above the mech fuel pump in the side of the case. It is the same one used in the 911 and is made of brass. The oil pressure sit behind the distributor under the oil filter canister.

Bill,
under the floor board, the rectangle boxes are headlamp relays i think, and the cylinder is the hazzard warning relay Nick. |
