Unhappy 912e in Canada

If anyone on the west coast of Canada is looking for a 912e I am going to sell mine. In Nov. of 2001 my driver's license was canceled because of a vision problem ( I have a 50% loss of vision on the right hand side of both eyes ) I have seen all the Doctors that specialize in this and the bad news is that I will not be driving again. This has taken some of the magic out of the Porsche so it has to go to a new home.

The car is
· Sunroof coupe
· Factory air (not working but complete)
· Silver paint (original fair condition)
· Red interior (good condition)
· New clutch (3000 miles go)
· New front brakes (5000 miles ago)
· Passed British Columbia safety inspection
· This is not a show car but a great driver
· 116,000 miles

Pictures of the car are on our web site use the link below.
I am asking $9500 Canadian or $6000 USD

Sold

I put an add in the Buy&sell paper last week. I had a great responce to the add. 20 phone calls, 4 lookers (no noshows)and it sold yesterday The new owner is picking the car up in 2 hours. I hate to see it go but I can not drive it,my son is afraid to park it at school or where he works so it is time to move on. I thought it was in great condition when I purchased it last year and it sold very quickly, I had a year of fun and I came out $500 ahead.

Chris - It is sad to see & I have appreciated your comments on the 912E, advice about front calipers and motivating children. Best wishes on all your sailing adventures and if you ever get to Arizona you're welcome. Scott

Chris:
Sorry it played out this way. I hope you won't be a stranger & will continue to give your good advice on the 912E's. Also, keep the faith concerning your eyesight. As you know, new breakthroughs are happening at an extremely rapid pace these days.
Good luck,
Bill.
