Hi Matt,
For the 914 with 2.0 engine the standard factory distributor was a Bosch ...039. So not in your collection. I'm not sure if the ...039 also was used in the 1.7 version of the 914. If my memory serves me well, the 1.8 used the Bosch 009. It's more than ten years ago I sold my 914 2.0.

I would keep the dizzy's. They just would bring around $50 each. According to Murphy you will need it for one or an other reason as soon as it is sold.

Part of why I was cleaning up and taking "inventory" is because I am preparing to sell the bumble bee. The 912 is a decent driver and I am going to begin restoring my '73 914 2.0, which is already on Webers with a Mallory.

I don't need to own 6 distributors for 2 air cooled 4 bangers. $50 is a really nice turn signal lenses or some other trinket that I need. I just want to identify my parts as best as possible when I list them for sale. Thanks to all for the guidance.
