Bumperette Removal
I would like to get the bumperettes off of my '67.

I believe what you are looking for is a spindle bit, not torx or star. I needed one for adjusting the door catches (I believe it was a 8mm). I bought mine from a Cornwell tool guy at my buddy's garage. I am sorry I am not more help but my car along with the car specific tools are at the mechanics.
I believe the pelican parts tool section has the tool. Try: http://www.drivewerks.com/catalog/shopcart/DWKS/POR_DWKS_toolsL_main.htm and look for: 4 Pc 3/8" & 1/2" Dr Tri Sq Bit Skt Set I could be wrong. Can someone back me up on this? Is this the set he needs? Mark

I need to adjust my drivers door too, so it would be great to get a set with sizes to do both....

Everyone agrees this will take off my bumperettes and adjust my doors? I love buying tools and hate getting the wrong ones!
