Back rest snaps - once again

Hi there
Looking at the straps of my car it seems as if they have been installed the wrong way - perhaps by the factory
:)So...., if someone has a photo showing how the straps ought to be mounted, pls. post it here

see images on the back seat...if not see any classic or modern era Porsche as they all used the same idea for more than 30 years...find a Porsche friend and see his set up

Here's a youtube video of an interior restoration showing the snaps. If you scroll to approx. 5:15 minutes into the video you'll see him placing new, correct ones onto the seatbacks. Then around 9min 50sec you'll see them snapped into place.

I doubt that the factory would make this mistake. More than likely, someone had to replace one or both of the female snaps and just hammered them together facing the wrong way using one of those little installation kits.
