Back rest snaps - once again

Here's a youtube video of an interior restoration showing the snaps. If you scroll to approx. 5:15 minutes into the video you'll see him placing new, correct ones onto the seatbacks. Then around 9min 50sec you'll see them snapped into place. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBpXzhNYq40 I doubt that the factory would make this mistake. More than likely, someone had to replace one or both of the female snaps and just hammered them together facing the wrong way using one of those little installation kits.
