CSA Wheels

Does anyone know if the CSA wheels that fit a bug, fit the 914? Stupid question I know. They look like 4X130mm, but can't tell. I'm getting them for 200.00.
Thanks!
Steve

Yes, but the offset is not very good for 914s--you can only fit 165s under stock fenders if you use Bug wheels. You can probably go to 205s if you have flares, though...

Dave,
My teener is eight inches wider with the rayco kit. So I can run up to a 9" wide wheel in the rear and a 7" in the front. So If you think the bolt pattern is good to go then I'm going to jump on these.
Thanks!
Steve

The later Bugs (disk-brake ones, I believe) with four-bolt wheels have the 4x130mm lug bolt pattern.

Sounds like you've found some wheels that will do fine for "rolling around". I think they'll be way too far inside the wheel wells for a car with that much of a wide-body, but they'll be better than 914 wheels from that perspective!!

When I get these babies mounted I'll post a pic. I think they are really sharp wheels. The offset brings them just under the lip of the rear wheel well. I'll have about 3/8 of an inch for play with the 50s on the back. The front is a little less than that.
