Well Bernie was right, the food was great and I got to meet some new 914 fanatics. The small car show we had after dinner attracted some spectators and I guess it helped that we had a couple of new Mini Coopers there too. When Bernie was leaving a couple people said "Damm I never new a 914 could run so nice!!" Glad you guys came down.

Yes, thanks to the attendees!
I finally got to put a face to some of the names I see here on the board. The restaurant was so crowded that it wasn't possible to get all the cars near each other until we were all done. Next time we'll organize that end of it a bit better. Thanks again and I'm already looking forward to the next one!

I also had a great time, met new people (not really I talk to them everyday but I never see their faces) saw some nice teeners and had some really good food. Now can't wait for the Baja Run and the next time we eat and talk cars.

it was great to put faces to the names I see on the bbs. The show and tell after dinner was nice. I went to get my car to join the after dinner car show but the battery was dead. $50 jump box saved the day but by then everybody was gone. old radio wire from PO drained the battery, tape fell off teh end. John's "almost" street car is sweet. I hope the drool didn't stain the paint.
