Nice job, I still don't see how you get your car high enough to get on those boxes.

I was just thinking today, what should I do to keep my car from flatspotting the tires over the winter? Just put it on jackstands, or do those tire pads work? Thanks for any ideas.

I do feel for those of you who have to put your teeners up at all, espically do to weather. I guess it would be a good time for some work that has been put off all summer.

Those of us living in warmer weather will keep you all posted on how much fun we are having all .....ummm.....winter....long.

You're exaggerating - the rain should stop sometime around the middle of June.

Slummin', Harry?

Nuthin' big this winter. Mueller's rear needle brgs, get the shox revalved, gut the interior, get a racin' seat, a set of gutted doors to go on (keeping the oldies JIC), rear spoiler, stickey buns......just general fine tuning.

Since I can't drive worth spit, the car is gonna have to carry the load.

Nope, juz enjoying a teener in the air

Smokey sez she wants to run around a bit, so we will be looking for nice days.

As far as the driving, I would think your plan to let Chuck loosen her up, so's you can clean up will come to fruition this year.

Have a great winter!

For those of us that installed plastic (or whatever) rear suspension bushings. If you've ever wondered what moves or what pivots around what, here's what mine does. .........

That nice shinny area is the bushing flange wearing away at the inner ear. The bushings and swingarm move as a unit around the pivot shaft.....groans & squeaks in the process. To my way of thinking, that sux. The outter ear shows the same wear pattern.

I aim to fix this right up. More to come.

Sure, right after you ship me one of your daughters.......come to think of it, I had a teenage daughter. One was more than enuff.

How old is your oldest, 11-12?
You're just about to become the dumbest SOB on the face of the earth. It came as a shock to me to when my daughter expalined to me that I was.
She now has a daughter of her own and I'm gettin' smarter.

I'm keepin all my billet goodies so's I can hang with Raby and the 4 pooper (billet is better) crowd.

Nope...they are 7, 9 and 9.....they still think I am cool. Couple more years before I turn into an idjut....at least to them.

I'm the hero this week...I turned an old spare Porsche wheel....a POS 993 wheel into a cement filled stand for a tetherball....they beat on that thing all weekend long.

As opposed to each other....for girls they sure do wrestle a lot....
