GT Racing in Colorado Springs has them, with the removable cookie cutter baffels as I recall. They have a webpage, just do a quick search. Sorry, don't have it in front of me.

If you want 18" or 24", call George at European Racing Headers. (I have the # on my other computer). GPR had a batch of 12" megaphones made up recently, which fit the Bursch headers (with the street extensions built in). If you have "race" headers made for megaphones, then you want the 18" ones.
George makes them and sells them direct for significantly cheaper than the retailers. He also has a bracket setup that is not super fancy, but works well.

My local VW shop has them for less than $20 each. They have a bend at the flange and no cookie baffle. What I'm saying is I might get these and weld on 'em a tad.

Milt; the VW ones are 3-hole flanges but I bet the flange would be easy to cut off and change to 2-hole. For $40/pr it's hard to go wrong, if you can weld or have a decent muffler shop nearby. BUT...I am not sure that the diameter is correct for a 911/914-6? IIRC the tubing is smaller.

I guess I can cut further up the cone to get to the diameter I need. I was gonna stick them on my 911 sport muffler as a hoot.

Because I am lazy and lack the time to access my car in storage, how do I decide what size i need (18 or 24). Which are more commonly used. I'm guessing 18, but I could be completely wrong.

For most 914's, you will want either 18's or 12's. If you have race-style headers to which you cannot directly bolt a street muffler (stock type) without the 6" extensions/adapters, then you want the 18's. If your headers are like the Bursch's which are built to directly replace stock 914-6 HE's and use a stock muffler, then you want 12's.

Currently I have a non stock exhaust that essentially is a muffler chamber with two cookie cutter pipes coming out. The headers are definitely not stock. Maybe this will help.
