stinky old worn out wimmpy oil covered 2.0? unknown mileage compression and head condition, does it turn over? 1K Ok, really clean, professinally stored with documented mileage and compression numbers and webers that do not need throttle shafts replaced? 4K Do you need to borrow the van? ;8)

Not a great deal. It's a 2.0 T engine. In unknown condition, the webers and the heat exchangers and the engine are worth about the same: $800 each.
There is a guy in town, with a 2.0 914/6 engine, in peices, and he was wanting $1000 for it....and he did not want to ship it, too much hassle. I offered him $500 and he sent me a list of 4 letter words.

Worth more in the unique parts......heat exchangers are more than the engine....1500 if pristine.....the carbs are ....1200 ish with manifolds.
The motor is a boat anchor.
