Unhappy 914-6 Owners AIR BAFFLES??????

All you 914-6 Owners Do you run The lower air baffles (kept on the bottom of the car rear of the floor pan suppose to help cooling on the later 914-4s) ??? I have a few sets and was going to get rid of them But thought that I could use them If it would help out cooling. I used them last year but notice no real difference But wanted to Know what others had determined

I am not a Six owner, but I would run the under-body flaps. Anything that helps air move through the cooling system is, IMHO, a good idea. And they very definitely do.

The big deal is that My oil thermostat Is now in the way of one of the mounts and I did not want to cut one up to fit if it was not necessary

OK, how about $1.00? Or $1.0000? I can add as many zeros to that as you need--just as long as I get to pick which side of the decimal point they're on!

I've got a set for my 3.2 project. To the best of my knowledge, they help whatever engine is in the car by tumbling the air as it passes so air can reach the headers and bottom of the cylinders/ forget-me-nots(the bottom 914-4 tin between each bank of cylinders). Just a thought, Don.
