OK, so I posted the original ebay add about the blue 914-4 and I still think its a fine looking 914, even with the wannabe flares. That blue is really nice. The wood grain dash would be gone in a minute though.
But I must say, that the ebay add for the sixer is an even better looking car. Spectacular, though I too wonder why no bids. Curt |

I agree - that sixer was a real beaut. I am sure it sold off eBay because the seller withhdrew the listing not long after listing it. My guess is someone saw it and made an offer the seller he could not refuse. |

I like this car, even though it's "only" a 1.8. I like the controversial hydraulic lifters. Looks like this car just needs to have the door fixed and respreyed, and it will be perty.
I was all over the marathon blue car, but my 911 hasn't sold. Looks like it will by this weekend though, so the green car is a possibility if he has a realistic price and will ship it to CA. Of course I'm on the lookout for a 912 Targa, but they are hard to find.
