Auxiliary Air Regulator Wire

I have a wire comming out of my auxiliary air regulator that is not plugged into anything. I also have a "white" wire comming out of my harness and accourding to the Wiring diagram it should plug into the supplementary air valve.

Are the auxiliary air regulator and the supplementary air valve the same unit? I can't find anything that says "supplementary air valve" in the 914 manual group 2 FI section.

Any help is apprieciated :-)

Luke

AAR and "supplementary air valve" are the same thing. The white wire in the engine harness plugs into the red wire coming out of the bottom of the AAR.

Thank you Dave, that is exactly what I needed.

I hope after working on this car and figuring everything out I will be able to contribute back to the forum.
