Can Porsche still hassle them even thought he name is in plural form rather than just Porsche plus the whole zero thing in the name couldn't be considered a trademark infringment. I like how people are being creative with domain names.

A number of years ago, they served legal notice to a local wrecking yard. The yard was called "Porscheaven". Ever since then, the yard has been called "Partsheaven".

"The Porschop" had to change its name to "the Proshop". "Carreratech" had to change its name to "CT Automotive". And so on.

This has been going on for years and years. The zero won't protect you. If they decide they want to sue, they'll sue. Even if you can successfully fight it, it'll cost a lot of money.

If they can get PCNA and/or Porsche AG to recognize them as an "official Porsche club", it is possible that Porsche may not feel obliged to go after them.
