taco plate seal

I need to replace the seal on the plate that holds the oil temp sending unit.

Anyone know what it is called and where I can get it?

Didn't see it in the catalogue...

thanks

I got one not too long ago, it was a big red o-ring. Don't know the part number but most places should have it.

Nope, that's not the same gasket. This is, as described, a big red O-ring. I don't thikn it's listed in the catalog, but it is available. Call 888-280-7799 and ask our friendly Sales staff.

There is also a paper gasket and a couple of crush washers. I don't know if the gasket is still available (at one point it was not). It goes between the lower "cover" plate and the plate that the sender actually screws into. The crush washers, of course, go under the bolt-heads. They are prety standard parts.

By my calculations, the part number for your gasket is #021 101 269A. That's the gasket for plate #021 101 267. And yes, you should call
