Hmm... I can't read the labels on the front panel from the photos--is it a D-jet tester or an L-jet tester? It seems to claim both... Now that would be quite interesting!!

Jeff Bowlsby emailed me about this tester. This tester is from EFI Associates, a transition model from their "older" style of tester with manual configuration (you set the engine speed and sensor settings) to their model 9100 "automatic" tester (all settings done by selecting a test sequence number from a dial). Looks like a very capable tester, likely to be D-Jet only. I'd love a report on it from the winning bidder.
