Gotti Wheels?

Anybody out there had any experience with Gotti 4 Bolt wheels on a 914?

Did they fit alright? Proper backspacing?

2nd question what would be proper backspacing on a 15"x6"
wheel?

I have scoured the web and found nothing about them on a 914.

Any help is apprecitate

Todd

I doubt Gotti offers anything in a 4x130mm bolt pattern. Almost nobody does; the VW Bug and the 914 are just about the only cars that use that lug bolt spacing.

The correct backspacing for a 15x6 wheel to fit under a 914 fender will be about or just over 5". Most Bug wheels will have a much smaller amount of backspacing than that.

Dave,

he might be asking about a used set that has been posted for sale on one of the forums (not sure where I've seen them??)
had I not been tapped out money wise, I would have bought them for a set of auto-x rims

Todd,

they might fit perfect if they are the correct offset, those rims could be custom ordered with a few different offsets, so your questions cannot be answered without knowing more about the particular rims you have in mind.

Of course, Mike, you're the nut-case that changes the lug-bolt pattern of his 914 hubs at the drop of a hat! So it doesn't matter as much to you what the bolt pattern really is.
