Stock Ride Height with 140lb springs?
Can you have a stock ride height w/ 140lb rear springs or must you have the 100lb type? My springs are sagging, and I want to bring it back up to stock height. My car is an original 2.0 w/ rear swaybar.

I believe that the 140lb springs lower the car about 1 inch according to the Pelican site. I switched from 140lb springs on my car back to 100lb springs and the ride height did raise a little but after just a few months, I really couldn't tell the difference.
It also depends on the tires. Attached is a photo of my car. It has 100lb springs (fairly new in this photo) and P205 50 15's . I'm going to be switching to P205 60 15's in the near future - primarily becasue i think the profile is too low and I would like my speedo to be more accurate. ![]() |

Get Bilstein shocks. They have adjustable collars for the spring perch and the RH can be adjusted. Also, don't buy 10" springs which are the standard for racers (mostly in a smaller diameter than you can use as well unless you provide for that conversion).
