Crankshaft Dimensions

Here Goes,

I have been fighting a loss of oil pressure and finally think I have the problem identified, and am hoping for some thoughts on how to proceed.

I have two cases (both from 2.0L), one of which has been line-bored. I believe the case has been line-bored because the main crankshaft bearings are loose in the case. The bearings that came with the case (when I got the engine, it was disassembled) are larger than the "standard" new bearings. I also have two crankshafts with the following journal diameters (in mm):

Crankshaft A:
1- 59.660, 2- 59.660, 3- 59.660, 4- 39.640

Crank Shaft B:
1- 69.922, 2- 59.900, 3- 59.918, 4- 39.992

I had installed Crankshaft B in the non-bored case and the result was that the oil pressure would drop after a few minutes. My thought was that as the oil heated up and thinned down, it would squeeze past the crank and into the sump.

What are my options at this point? I think I could get one of the crankshafts turned down and buy some undersized bearings. but I am wondering which case to use. and how to specify everything so I get the proper fit...... Any help would be appreciated, because I feel that I am getting close to getting the car back onthe road again...
