Bass response in a 914

Hi All

I know this has been talked about but I just built a speaker box (8" woofer) for my 75.

Seems as though it'll work pretty well. To see pics go to my web site. then post opinions here. It's ok you can be brutally honest.

Thnx Ronn

I didn't see any mention of where the speaker is located or any details. No pictures or "next" button either.

Where are you going to put the enclosure? In the front trunk or.....? The enclosure looks pretty good, but I guess the proof will be in the listening. Hope it sounds as good as it looks!

I can't view the "next" on the Applet either. The initial pic looks very interesting. I'm sure it'll sound great! I just finished the install of my sub this weekend. I went to easy route and got a 150 watt RMS Bazooka tube. Matched up w/ my Kappa kick pannel speakers and 3.5" blau's sitting in the (small) space behind the reclined seats. All run through a pioneer head unit. Sounds pretty good for only $350~!!! Let us know how yours sounds when you finish!!!

Yeah that applet is a little buggy. I have to sit and let it load for about two minutes before I can view the pics. Then sometimes it works right away, and sometimes not at all.

Anyway thnx for the words of encouragement.

BTW although this box will live under the dash I noticed That a small bass enclosure in the front trunk provides a suprizing amount of bass.
