2.2 emblem

Has anyone been able to fab or buy something that more acurrately reflects their motor? Obvously one could buy another 2.0 emblem and attach it to the sheet metal but just wondering.
Thanks

I just happen to have a 2.0 liter emblem in front of me on my desk. If you get two of these, it would be very easy to Dremel off a 0 and the same with a 2 and join the two together. The emblem on my desk is here because I am thinking of putting a zero under the zero, making it 2.8. ( Chevy V6)

There's a guy locally who knocked out a CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing or Machining) program to mill out numbers in the correct font and size. Carves them out of billet for you. Sadly, I do not have contact info for him.

You can, as mentioned, use a couple of "2.0" emblems to make a "2.2".

Let's see, numbers available:
1 (1.7, 1.8, 914), 2 (2.0), 4 (914), 7 (1.7), 8 (1.8), 9 (914), 0 (2.0).

You can make a 3 from an 8 with a little cutting. You can make a reasonable (or at least so-so) 5 by turning a 2 upside down. You can make a 6 by turning a 9 upside down. And that's all you need, isn't it?

Perry Kiehl of 914 Network made a "3.0" emblem from cast plastic for a Six conversion that he did. It was pretty cool...

Here's what I did.. A 914-6 emblem combined with the letters from the 2.4 911 emblem. I just made a template to line them up.

Kinda hard to see in this photo, but it's all that I have here.

I probably won't be able to find out until our next local swap meet, if he shows up there. And that's probably not until June or so.
