Blinker/parkinglight

Hallo..

I am a guy from Sweden who needs help..and this is a european porsche.

I have problem with the blinker(turnlight).

When I have no light at all on my porsche but the key is turned on and I use the turnlight its blink normal on bothside back and front.and the arrows in the car(gauge) works correctly.

But when a turn on my parkinglight/positionligt or the drivinglight and use my turnligt its blinks blinkers-parking-blinkers-parking on so on. and its the same issue on both side right and left. And the left and right arrows in the gauge blink at the same time faded.

I hope you understand my English and I hope someone have a Clue on my problems..

/Sweden

Not sure on a european car, but check the flasher relay under the dash. if it is weak it can cause strange problems.

This is the same 4 prong relay used in 1969-1970 VW Bus, beetle. The part for the VW is less than $10, the one from this site is about 4 times that

Is the flasher relay attached to the emergency flasher switch?

Electrically, it is connected to the switch.l Physically, it is located on top of the fuse panel, above the driver's left foot.
