Spark plug wires

Can anyone tell me if the original Porsche 914 1975 spark plug wires are stranded copper. I believe my car had an original set of wires.

Maybe, but that stranded copper stuff is susceptable to creating ignition noise; big no-no for radio's sake.

Most all recommended plug wiring used nowadays has a carbon-impregnated fiberglass center core (for noise suppresion's sake), unless you just GOTTA have/use exotic 8+MM braided-copper-reinforced-virgin-nipple-hair-cored wires for your Bosch Blue Coil-equipped stocker.
