Question Can I test my relay board?

Ok, I think my relay board might be the cause of my phantom electrical gremlins. Is there a way to test the thing? What about getting one from a junk yard, how much would that cost and what are the odds of it being better than the one I've got? Thanks for any info...

1. Find th relay board circut flow diagram (Haynes or on this site)

2. Use a multi meter to test the inportant circut flows, i.e. the fuel pump, ECU power, starter, etc.

3. If one or more of the circuts has high or infinant resistance cook off/clean the tar off the bake of the board.

4. Perminately solder the cheesy rivets contacts (after cleaning them with a wire brush) and then seal the realy board with a high grade marine epoxy.

No magic bullet, just what I had to do.
