Fog ligth wiring

Hi, i have just installled stock fog loights on my 1974 2.0L, which wasnt equipped with.

Ive found the wiring at the fog location under thge bumper. Its done, but...

Does the wiring and fog relay are already in the panel board, even if my car wasnt sporting them? So far ive located the blue/black wire, the ground wire, i am looking for the grey/red stripe wire.
