914/4 2.0 valve stem seals

Do 914/4 2.0 heads have valve stem seals? Can't seam to locate a set but have a set that fits all the other type 4s. Are they the same? Do they also have valve stem seals? Are they different than the set I have?

None of the four cylinder engines I have ever had in our 914s have had them. That might be a bus item?

Tanks John, But I have a valve stem seal marked 914/4 1.7 1.8 and volkswagon 4, The haynes manual shows a "oil deflection O ring" is it true that the 2.0 head has no deflection 'O' ring Thanks, Steve

I think the pic in the manual (it's in the factory manual as well) is from the VW application. I do not believe that the 914s had valve stem seals.

Mr. PET appears to agree with me--no valve stem seals listed for the four-cylinder 914 engines, of any displacement..
