Part # for D-Jet
Been helping a friend w/his 2.0 914.
I need the part number of a 914 2.0 Throttle Body. Any difference btwn a 2.0 and a 1.7? |

The 2.0's bigger naturally, and looks physically different than the 1.7.

What year is the car, and is it a GA engine or ?

On my 73 2.0L GA engine the throttle body number is 039.133.067. This throttle has one vacuum line above the butterfly and one below for the distributor. I think the throttle body is different on a 74 2.0L, it doen't have a vacuum line above the butterfly. I will double check tomorrow at work and see if the numbers are different.

The car is a '72 with a 2.0 GA motor and unkown year FI. I am fixing about 30 years of sloppy maintenance.
