Speed Limiter Location?

On a '75 2.0L I have a small 3"x3"x.75" metal box, near the battery, hanging off the wiring harness. Is this the speed limiter for the ECU?

Whatever it is, where does it mount? Mine is just lying down there unattached. Does it screw into the battery support? Bolt hole? Screw hole? Can't seem to find a spot.

That sounds like the speed limiter box.

I think it mounts to the side of the battery tray, the same way that the 1.8's dual relay does. Not sure exactly what hole is used. I haven't actually seen one mounted in the car (that I paid attention to).
