Post centerconsole?

i have a 1976 914 2.0 and i am installing the center consol? i am wondering what wires do i hook up? to where and what color?

they show you a picture and tell you need a wiring harness but they don't tell you how to do it. this is a picture of the wires but i don't know witch one they go to. could some one give me some help..

The tech article has a link to this color wiring diagram. It should help:

If you have a factory harness, you should be able to just match the wires. If you are fabricating your own harness (which is not very difficult), then you will have to read the wiring diagram.
