No tricks; just slide the old ones off and the new ones on. Sometimes twisting them helps; if all else fails cut them lengthwise with a razor knife.

Before you resort to cutting on them, spray some lube on the ends of the tubes/insides of the rubbber ends. Then they twist on easier.
Just don't ask what kind of lube, or you could open a can of worms! LOL. Oil? Silicone spray? WD40? Hmmm..... Personally I don't think it makes much difference which kind there. But a little somethin' will make a whole lotta difference putting it together. ![]() |

You should only ever use LeLube for that. Any other product will cause immediate failure of all systems. LeLube is made by hand in the French Alps by very cold men. Their production is so slow that there is a 6-8 month waiting list just to get on their waiting list. But believe me, it's worth the wait. LeLube is so superior to any other product for assisting you in forcing any hard tube or shaft into any tight orifice that even considering any other product is insane.
You can be sure that the French men know a lot about lubrication for tight orifices, and their traditions really show their value in this product. |
