Need Help with Handwritten Note
Someone nicked my 914 at the parking lot and left me a note that I simply can't decipher. So, let's get more eyes and brains working on it and we just might extract a good phone number out of the whole mess.

doesn't look like a phone # more of a policy #
call Mercury and see if it matches up then make a claim |

The C0386479 looks like a CA drivers license number. Check with DMV or the Police.
