Post BMW Caliper Rebuild Kit

Okay, I tried 4 different FLAPS and no one carries or can even order the rebuild kit for the 320i calipers. I have the calipers on the workbench but am afraid to dig too far into them until I know what is replaceable. I am going to try BMW tomorrow but if anyone knows a better place please let me know ASAP.
Thanks in advance.
JB

For anyone thinking about doing this conversion... BMW is claiming 5-7 days to get a rebuild kit. 10 FLAPS in my area said no way until at least a week. Only one guy had a "seal" kit. I am going with that for now since I am trying to make an autocross this Sunday. The used calipers were pretty easy to find in a local junk yard. I found a machine shop who was willing and able to perform the mod for $30. Only problem now is finding short enough hard brake lines. The fitting sits much closer to the strut. Seems like about 4" but I will post when I find out as that was one area in the tech article that was not covered in detail. Let me know if anyone is interested in seeing pics.

I'd like to see some pic's once you've sorted the short Brake line.
Thanx!

I actually ended up going with a 12" instead of the 8" or the 4" that I was looking for. It seems that 8" is the smallest they make and I just could not figure out a shape so I took the longer line and made bigger radiused bends. Not sure if the longer line will be beneficial (for cooling) or detrimental (???). I got everything installed and bled tonight. I had to bleed a second time after I got everything hot. (FYI don't waste money on the Mity Vac... it is a POS...just use the money saved to bribe your significant other for a nice dinner in return for stomping the pedal) I can tell these puppies want to grab but there is something holding them back. I have a 19mm M/C, SS Brake Lines, and now the Bimmer calipers. I think it is time to get rid of that darn valve (i bled both the inlet and outlet to no avail) and go with the "t". Anyone know where I can get the "t"? I am also considering moving my "914 Front" calipers to the rear. This way I will not have to mess with venting clearances. Can anyone think of anything I have not done yet? I am of the opinion the my 914 should out-brake my 944 and it is just not there yet. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Is anyone interested in purchasing these calipers as a kit. I found a guy who is pretty reasonable and would be willing to put a few of these together if the interest is there. Let me know.

Here's brake line 't'. I assume it's the one everyone talks about. I've bought one but haven't installed it yet.

Forget rebuilding them. I got my BMW calipers from Kragen for $35 each, rebuilt by A1 Cardone. Trade in the others for core deposit.
