Q on Momo hub extension

Where is the MOMO hub extension, listed here in the parts catalogue, placed? Does go between the wheel and the hub or between the hub and the steering column?

Thanks,

It would have to go between the hub and the wheel, or you would not have enough
threads to tighten it.
