What do you mean by "New"? I don't know of anyone who currently reproduces any major body parts. There are some sheet metal replacement parts, but nothing like a door or fender. Also, a 914 doesn't have a frame, it's a unibody construction. If you want to construct a 914 from the "ground up" you may be doing things the hard/expensive way.

Are you serious?
I could see such a project costing $100,000, maybe more, just guessing. (It would not be unheard of to spend say $25-50,000 just on a major concours restoration of an existing, complete car - certainly a 914/6 or 911 and possibly even a 914/4). I doubt you could find many of the parts NOS anywhere.

The only books I know of that contain anything about 914 body work specifically are the Haynes manual (not much in there) and the Factory manual. The factory manual has dimensions for a lot of the chassis (which you can find here) and a bit more.
As for where you can find a new body, you might try at the Porsche dealer. I'm not kidding--they did sell new bodies at some point. If that fails, you might try talking to someone who has a "lost Porsche warehouse", as there might be an NOS one there. Bring lots of money, and from their rep, lots of patience and a very very very cool temper. Or you could find a low-rust CA 914 and transplant your parts into it. That would almost certainly be cheaper than finding an NOS body. --DD
