You must have a 74. The first relay you messed with is the infamous "seatbelt interlock relay". It is supposed to keep you from starting the car unless your seatbelt is fastened. Unplugging the wires from the seatbelt buckle disarms it, but it can still fail and keep the car from starting.

If you want to permanently remove it, just splice the two fat yellow wires (one may have a red stripe) together. Then you can get rid of the relay.

Three methods of splicing. Make a jumper that fits in place of the relay. This still allows water and corrosion in, but it is simple and easily reversible.

Cut the wires and use a crimp connector. This does somewhat better at avoiding corrosion, but is still relatively simple.

Cut the wires, solder them together, then shrink-wrap the connection. Best water-exclusion and corrosion resistance, but you have to be able to solder and have the equipment.

The buzzing under the seat is the "door is ajar" buzzer. It's perfectly normal. If you want to get rid of it (I certainly did!) just unplug the smaller of the two "cans" under the seat.
